I applied to Spirit, went to Aerocrew in May and I am thinking about going in July and was just wondering if I should skip this one and build more time or go to it.
I only have 2,400 TT, like 1,300 jet and current 121. When I went in May I had 5 LOR's and the recruiter personally knew 3 of them and we had a great conversation. I know that I am not competitive with my times so that's why I would like insight on if it's worth it to go to all of them. Thanks again for the info
Your times are not competitive. So if you want to get noticed, it will take something to make up for the lack of competitive flight times. You need to do both, attend all the job fairs you can and of course continue to build more time. The two are not mutually exclusive.
You may have perceived your conversation to have been great with a recruiter, but I have had recruiters tell me that very few resumes get a second look at a job fair. So attend more job fairs and fly more and get more experience.
