They care more you have a life outside of flying versus doing things that build resumes.
This is my thoughts as well. For those of you waiting for a call, I would say, find a way to make yourself stand out, besides what's on your resume. I keep getting asked what Spirit is looking for. Most of us here still haven't figure it out.
