Have you taken the time to read any of the past pages? Things haven't "turned around for the better" if that's what you're hoping....
If you're willing to work for a shrinking airline, that pays minimum wages, refuses to sign a new pilot contract, treats crews poorly, and makes you sign an $18,000 training contract, (list goes on and on).... then go to the interview. They will make promises they can't keep to get you on property. Once you sign the training contract, if you leave they will use your money to recruit and train your replacement (cycle goes on and on).
With everyone in the industry paying BONUSES, and increasing overall compensation, I don't understand why someone would sign a training contract and come here.
