It is very unfortunate for the FOs at AWAC tough decisions to make, two months with no upgrades, and no foreseeable future. Hard since AWAC is a great pilot group and a great compan, but making the move to other regionals allow you to plan ahead, more stable deal, and PIC time off the bat.
