Hard since AWAC is a great pilot group and a great compan, but making the move to other regionals allow you to plan ahead, more stable deal, and PIC time off the bat. If your goal is to get PIC time and upgrade DO NOT LEAVE air wisconsin, in fact tell everyone you know to get hired now. Do your purgatory time and get out, these type of windows only occur a few times in career. Timing is everything. "what do you call it when the rumor is true?"
