I would look at every airline and write down the pro's and cons. Talk with your family and assess what is most important to you. That being said I'm at piedmont right now and I can say it's a good place to be. We are growing and there is a lot of movement. If you want to be at a major than this is a good place to be. We supposedly have the fastest flow in the American system right now. We also have a fast upgrade. Things that suck is that you would likely have to move.

I have a lot of friends at endevour and they seem really happy. Being from Michigan it's a nice place to live and very affordable. Commutair might also be worth checking out. They have an Ewr base which is sort of New York. Hope this helps. Good luck
