We have ~125 first officers and ~125 captains based in MCO. MCO is NOT growing. As you know we had a one off bid that grew the E90 by a couple numbers after that aircraft/base has been shrinking. To those that are coming here, this is an aberration. It is not the norm, do not expect to hold MCO on either plane for a looooong time. I'd venture to say that in the long term, even though it is currently senior, the FLL 320 will be far junior to any MCO slots. FLL is growing, MCO is stagnant.

This happened a couple years ago... LGB went to new hires and every one said wow LGB is going more junior.... Same with FLL.... In general if you are hired here today expect a couple years in the northeast before you can bid another base. You might strike gold on an random system bid but don't expect it. To give an idea on how senior MCO 320 is.... You can hold a line on the a320 jfk capt, e90 jfk capt, e90 Bos capt... Before you'd be even 50% in MCO 320 FO.

My crystal ball is MEL'd, but if I were to guess in 5 years what our bases look like by seniority, from junior to senior it'd be:

NYC
BOS (I think Boston becomes more senior as more and more peeps move to NH)
(New west coast focus city)
FLL
LGB
MCO
