First off your need to get the regional job before you can consider Spirit. Now if you want to live in MCO, one option is Silver Airways flying the Saab340 with a upgrade time of just a little under 2 yearish. If you have your heart set on a jet well then Republic in MIA is possible but not likely starting with them but maybe 6 months down the road or so a friend told me.

Yeah I know I need to build time before I get to a major. And as far as a turbo prop vs a jet, I would be happy with flying just about anything if I get good pay and a good QOL. Regional is theoretically only temporary. I'm just trying to think ahead as much as possible. Does it matter if it is a turbo prop or jet, or is it just anything turbine PIC that I'm trying to build?
