You should answer the phone and keep them on the hook as long as possible. Don't make huge demands, make simple ones, mull it over then give them the big finger. Waste as much time as you can, be courteous.

There continues to be many making deals at the expense of the rest (seems primarily to be one community who needs educating, not selfish, just a different culture). One guy even bragging to captains how he "doesn't drink a beer" before calling scheduling.

I'm personally thinking perhaps we should flood the SA list en masse, at least we would have some ability to grieve them skipping people. It takes some work to watch it, but it's better than actually going to work.
