It was indicated in a c66 letter out of NYC a couple months ago that these mid-day rests were not going to happen anymore. Not sure if that has happened or not for NYC or the whole system, or what. But that's where I read about it.

Beat this one. Maids knocking in the halls at 9am in PDX, JFK and SEA. Earplugs, eye shades and all that. I felt worse when I got home than any mission i ever flew on the C-5 or any international trip in my short 3 years on the ER in NY and LA.
