As far as the Airbus order book, it is pretty jammed, but there are always airlines swapping in/out of slots. For instance, Qatar CEO says he is going to walk away from the A320neo, which they are currently taking deliveries of and have many more scheduled. Or Azul, which has said they will reduce airframes and they have A320neos scheduled for delivery soon too. We could jump into some of those slots I'm sure.
It is hard to say how many planes we would need to really ramp up a west coast focus city, but an extra 10-15 would sure do the trick.

Definitely. And if this happens then watch our stock dive even further. Wall Street hates when anyone increases capacity.
