Before I get jumped on, I admit that I am uniformed and looking for answers to a few question.

I've noted that Skywest does not have a union. However I see mention of SAPA. What is SAPA and how does it differ from a union? Also, if SKW does not have a union, what ability does the pilot group have to strike? It seems that without a union the pilot group has little to no leverage.
