True. But exploiting loopholes is against the "spirit" of the rule and the result are even more rules as you cannot plan for every eventuality.
Unfortunately, the company is also exploiting rules that go against the spirit if what was intended or what would be common sense.
The result are deteriorating working conditions and mistrust.
SKYW is what it is because of employee morale and respect for the people. Mess with that and things will go downhill fast.
