I would not come here if the 3 year contract bothers you. They WILL come after you. One of my class mates is in collections over the debt. Although you can always interview and then turn down the job offer if you get one just to see for yourself.

Its not for everyone. I personally enjoy it here. Its not American Airlines or Delta but the flying is fun and the crews are great. Hopefully some of the negative things will change if we ever get a new contract.
