That being said, none of the companies have dedicated recruiters, and the person who reviews your resume will also have dozens of other responsibilities which may make it hard to get back to you in a timely manner.
So don't get antsy if you don't get a response as quickly as you might like. Eventually, your resume will get read and dispositioned, and you should get a response.
Thanks guys for the response! I just saw this... They emailed me shortly after that message, but I'm in this aerial survey contract and they are really keeping me till the end-end lol. I emailed them today though! Hopefully I'm headed up that way next month to get a float rating with my Dad, so I'll stop by the office an say hi with an updated resume in hand.
But low time pilots reading this-- Do aerial survey for a season, then go to the 135 jobs. It's great experience and you will gain so much confidence. Its painful being gone so much, but you really get to see a lot and are thrown into a lot of stressful situations that will make you a great pilot and great pilot is the goal!
