Herk was right about the TLV and I probably should have used "threshold" as notEnuf did rather than target line value to describe the monthly term. I guess I have always considered the "txxxx" to stand for target because that damn thing moves every month like a target at a carnival booth and we have no idea where it landed until the Wide Report for your category is published.
Either way, 91:30 hour straight-pay months are a current reality and that is not good for the pilot group.
