NA15's decoupling of pay and credit for vacation was an awful precedent which would have started us down another slippery slope.

Nothing would make the company happier than for us to all fly to FAR max allowable. Less pilots they have to hire and upgrade. We need to find a path to flying fewer hours for more pay. Encouraging us all to ramp up to 90+ isn't it.Originally Posted by FL370esq
Exactly...maybe we could implement something (I believe the "North" guys had a similar concept) whereby the company would pay straight pay up to 79:59 (still 15 days of work at the current 5:15 ADG) and then time and a half from 80:00 to 91:30. This might incentivize the company to build lower value lines and we could still keep GS pay at 2x because that is additional flying over and above your awarded line.
