And yet again this dam Jepp app isn't downloading the chart updates. 2nd time I've had this happen and I'm sitting at home can't talk to IT for them to unistall and reinstall the application because its after their hours. You can (should) also call the after hours support line. I had to do that once. Pretty sure you're supposed to call if your issue is going to cause the cancellation or delay of a flight.
