First TAs are usually bad, be prepared to vote it down. Every Regional voted down their TAs the first time, and even Daddy Delta voted theirs down. Don't expect much on the first TA. probably $5/hour raise across the board.... (that might be a bit high actually lol).
I think you are vastly underestimating the resolve & determination of the NC & EXCO; way to spread FUD before we even know any details.
