I'm not worried at all about the pay scale. I am worried about everything including profit sharing, retirement, sick leave, vacation, LTD, duty/trip rigs and pretty much everything else. I also hope to see a clause that includes a yearly increase of say 3-5% and that is indefinite, not just the life of the contract. We've seen how ruthless this management will be so I'd like to continue to get raises even if we are well past the amenable date. I'll hold off on any high fives for now but we are definitely moving in the right direction.
Actually, to be fair,
this management team was able to get us to a TA in a matter of months.
