Poor grammar is a sign of lower level of professionalism and education. A true professional would care about such things, and strive to pay close attention to details.
When I see a post with the wrong use of "their/there/they're", I see someone that lacks attention to detail, and so will potential employers.
Or is simply too lazy to spend a few seconds proofreading before hitting "Reply." Anyway you slice it makes me weep for our country's future.
