That's good to hear. This skyrider guy seemed to think otherwise. We are currently not including Allegiant (no contract) or Frontier (bankruptcy contract) in our peer group at the table, just the big 4 along with Jetblue and Alaska/virgin. We are also not using what most have now except united and AA because the others are actively negotiating. We are taking into account that both southwest and delta will do better than their failed TAs from last year. It's also understood that United will snap up to deltas new wages. We are making assumptions for Jetblue and Alaska/virgin.

If you guys ratify something shortly it's only a guess that any mediator would want us to include Allegiant into the market analysis when guiding our negotiations.
