Piedmont is a really good option I hear. There current flow to American Airlines is very short, only 5 years. They are also offering a program where, if you qualify, you can become a Captain on the Dash 8 as a new hire.
I want what you are smoking. Only way a new hire will upgrade is if they have previous 121 time at another airline, or certain part 135 ops.
