I was once a Comair guy, and the shutdown was a blessing for me, because it forced me to be uncomfortable and start over. After starting over, I knew I couldn't be happy at a regional for life, because at the end of the day, my paycheck was being paid by a company that would rather see me on the street than pay my airline 5% more than Gojet.
I was at Comair for over 25 yrs and there are a ton of comair guys and Gal's in training at PSA . Most are cool and have a handle on line flying. You did inherit a few of our tools,unfortunately. I was fortunate to end up at a charter outfit that's home based and pays salary and your efforts are recognized. We even snagged many of our peeps from Gojet, Mesa and PSA.
