If you like the base choices, PSA is good option. No other regional has a TYS, DAY, CVG or CLT base. If you live in or near these cities or want to relate to one of these cities, PSA is a good option. CLT is also an easy commute for all flights within 1.5 hours or less. A good portion of our pilots live in base and are happy with where they're at. There are a lot of unhappy PSA pilots on these boards, but far less than half of the pilots I fly with act unhappy and disgruntled.
