I want bigger new hire classes so the FOs I fly with on reserve start holding lines and the more senior line holders upgrade. I want to see things improve for my FOs and an increase of pilots coming in the door benefits everyone. You are complaining about issues that are a direct result of less hiring. If you want PSA to hire less pilots, you are indirectly asking for worse QOL for your fellow FOs. At the end of the day, it doesn't matter what we say on these boards to scare people off or invite them over, economic forces will decide the future and that's a great for the labor.
