What's foolish about expecting the same pay for the same job?
And if you think it will be in the 230's, what retirement comes with it? What work rules? Is it a 12 or 15yr scale? And most importantly, if you're happy with $230 (you shouldn't be) is it at date of signing or is all the money loaded at the back leaving you years more before you see it?
