And if you think it will be in the 230's, what retirement comes with it? What work rules? Is it a 12 or 15yr scale? And most importantly, if you're happy with $230 (you shouldn't be) is it at date of signing or is all the money loaded at the back leaving you years more before you see it?
You came to work for an ultra low cost carrier. If you thought you would ever be paid the same as a legacy pilot, you're being foolish. Do Spirit or JB or VA pilots get paid what a legacy pilot makes? What about Frontier pilots? I'm not asking what you think you should be paid, I'm asking about the reality of this industry.

Why shouldn't I be happy with 230's? I think that's a fair increase in contract #1 for the top end if in fact it's a 5 year deal. The real question is where does everyone else jump to. Will that 30ish% increase at the top end apply to the bottom...

Also, let's not forget that compensation is but 1 of many areas that need vast improvements for this TA to pass.

I think you're going to be disappointed regardless of what's in the agreement.
