Why shouldn't I be happy with 230's? I think that's a fair increase in contract #1 for the top end if in fact it's a 5 year deal. The real question is where does everyone else jump to. Will that 30ish% increase at the top end apply to the bottom...
Also, let's not forget that compensation is but 1 of many areas that need vast improvements for this TA to pass.
I think you're going to be disappointed regardless of what's in the agreement.
Agreed, anyone who thinks they will get industry leading pay at Allegiant, Spirit, Frontier ect are in serious denial. I'm not saying these guys don't deserve to get paid for the same job but they are not at a legacy. some companies pay more than others people..... Is it really that hard for us to understand?
