Well it best have increased PTO or I'll vote NO. What's the point of "Legacy Pay" if you have no more than 14 days PTO/Vacation a year?

Increased PTO to ~150hrs at 10yrs
Sick days paid
Guarantee to 75 hrs.
12 days off min for Rsv
Per diem increased
Pay Protection for Union officers
