Agreed, anyone who thinks they will get industry leading pay at Allegiant, Spirit, Frontier ect are in serious denial. You have no idea what your talking about! What about SWA? They are not a legacy and they get paid legacy pay or better. Its people like you that management loves. Low expectations equals a yes vote for low pay. You really are low tier!
