Actually, none of those are my struggles. I am a line holder. I can choose whatever schedule I want with the SAP.
I am concerned for new guys that are coming on board. The ones that don't have it as good as I do, and likely won't for another 2-3 years.
If followed, our contract is pretty decent. We would have the highest paid pilots in the industry if our Critical Pay worked as it is supposed to. Hopefully it will be back to normal when the arbitration is over. Every line holder will credit over 150 hours a month if they work the system.
