Huh? EVERYONE gets the bonus at Endeavor, so if it ends, everyone loses $23,000 per year. But when it ends in December 2018, something else will have to be put into place in order for the company to stay in business.
Upgrade times are very simple to know... It's all within the past two pages on the Endeavor thread. 3 years is not accurate, however.

Not sure what their upgrade times look like now, but I've heard around 3 years. It would suck to make 55k your first year and then be stuck at FO pay (low FO pay at that) for two years while waiting to upgrade. I don't work there, so somebody may be able to chime in on those upgrade times....or if they are going to extend the retention program
