I haven't seen anything official, just details were apparently passed to base reps and the SPC today. The pay is lower than I'd have liked, but I could deal with that. The work rules don't seem solid enough to me. Min days off are too low. 12 for line and 12 for RSV but can be reduced to 11/10 on peak months. Single days off are still allowed...as many as 4-6 depending on the month (that's ridiculous in my opinion...single days off need to go). No real changes to VBD/TDY language. There needs to be limits. No real changes to RSV rules and no long call. Only thing I see that's improved is if you're called out and stood down, you're off. But 117 already says you can't be put back on to a RSV shift without 10 hrs off first. 70 hour guarantee for line, 72 for RSV. That's low. Would like to see at least 75. PBS is staying, but at least to start its Merlot/CBI...it should be either line bids or a real airline PBS system. 401k appears to be a 200% match on 5% pilot contribution. Id rather see a straight company contribution.
Like I said this isn't anything official yet, but quite a few sources have echoed what I wrote above and they aren't happy. I'll wait to see the full contract before totally passing judgement, but I'm not liking what I'm seeing so far. The apparent lack of real improvements in RSV, TDY/VBD, and days off (huge) are rather disheartening to me...YMMV.
