If for no other reasons, having fewer employers makes filling out applications easier. I will not leave Mesa for a lateral move, only upwards.
I don't understand though why some one would go to GoJet over Mesa. As useless as our union appears, they do prevent the attrocities that GoJet can inflict on individual pilots.
