The training has been setup now mainly to help the incoming flight instructors with no turbine experience. They don't want you to fail, but it's not a cakewalk either. Pick up a copy of the crj200 study guide to help you work your way through the Pilot Reference Manual and study hard and you'll do fine. It's pretty rare to drop out in systems training, but it happens. A couple people in a given new hire class will washout through sim, but even then they have added extra sim sessions to better prepare you for the ATP check ride. You can do it.
