You've got to be kidding me! This TA is a joke. 50% deadhead and only 4 hrs sick time per month. My former crap regional paid 100% deadhead and 5 hrs a month sick time. I figured our pay rates wouldn't be legacy rates, but I figured we could do better than JetBlue rates. The "first contract" crap argument won't fly. JetBlue doesn't have a contract now, and their present rates beat our TA.
Retirement match is below standard, too many single days off are permitted, min gaurantee is too low and no premium pay for picking up open time. I don't need to see any more. This is a big fat "NO" vote for me.
If what you say is true I don't know why anyone is or can be excited. Maybe Stockholm syndrome? Just because what you have now is really bad doesn't mean you settle for mediocrity.
