Great, we will bring our pilot group up to 2010 work rules, minus the good spirit work rules but get a bump in pay, the exact same pay that Spirit rejected. So we will have LCC leading pay rates until sprit and jet blue sign their contracts, then we will be the bottom of the barrel again. Stockholm syndrome at its finest. On the Airline profile Spirt 12 year is 170 the TA for us is 216.42 with just over 231 at the end thats not the same at all
