It just seems the company needs a contract more than we do at this point. That puts is in a very good position and I hope we don't squander that. If the union is negotiating in good faith they can't just randomly come back to the table with new demands. We would have to force that with a no vote. I'm willing to roll the dice that we can almost dictate the terms of this contract. Should be an interesting month at least.
I agree with you maybe we had the company in a good spot for us. Maybe just maybe that political capital was spent on Union Security and Scope. With the past comments of the CEO on Union Security those two sections were not cheap, however very important.
