Dignity, do Allegiant pilots have dignity?
Allegiant has one of the most valued priced stocks in the industry, $143.51 a share. Why award the stockholders, why not share your profits and award your workforce as well. The pilots are the ones who move the metal and make or break a company. In addition, we (mechanics, pilots, flight attendants, gate agents, etc...) are not slaves and should not be taken advantage of or treated like second class citizens.
It seems as though the Allegiant management team has lost touch with reality over the years and plans on piggy banking off of a weak labor group, I hope this is not the case.
Allegiant management plays their employees and in no way values their workforce. Wake up and smell the coffee, while others are fighting for leading contracts in our industry, I ask why should Allegiant pilots settle for less? Your management team is ruthless and needs a wake up call. I hope your pilot group makes a good choice, times are good and hopefully your group will demand a leading contract.
