Just some thoughts but here are my concerns.
Right now I haven't seen anything that stops us from working to FAR MAXIMUMS. I'm tired of always being asked to extend both FDP and RAPs. I mean who else out there is expect or even asked to work 18hr days.
If we do reject this offer, does the company have to negotiate with us or can the NMB say what that was a reasonable offer. We'll see you 2 years from now. If the company's motivation is a loan and the NMB puts us on ice, we may be locked in at our current rate and rules for quite some time.
I'm reserving my yes/no vote until I see the language, but I'm a little disappointed. That being said, I know a lot of people have worked very hard to bring this to us. For that, I thank you.
