Micro: I appreciate your efforts to make a difference in our union. I do think, however, that a message was sent and received. Unfortunately, that message was that as a group, our pilots are disinterested in whats going on and extremely trusting of the LEC and MEC reps. It was not the message that I would have liked them to get, but it is certainly the message I got. I agree that they probably still do not understand the angst they have caused in at least a fair (if not the majority) number of their constituents.

I am continually amazed at the way this crewforce and union officials (fail to) interact. I have learned much in my 5 years here, and will stow the info away as another lesson learned in life.

Thanks again for your efforts to engage the union to more effectively represent us.
