If you're going to live in Park City, just plan on spending more on your house, your groceries, and *especially* your mountain bike (I hear high end bikes are mandatory up there.)
Ski lifts, many of which run in the summer, have "bike hooks" attached. Riders wearing plastic armor come hurtling down the trails, and woe to any hiker who is not alert and agile.
