Well, we could develop a training course at TK, then we could hire trainers and get them proficient. Then, we could send all the trainers out to each domicile. Line Holders would either get 5 hours pay for a special class or a paid trip drop. Reserves would get scheduled on a day off. IT could develop a special training module that would simulate the changes in the FMGC. For those not comfortable with the training, they could arrange a paid trip to TK for an hour of hands on simulator time.
Or, we can just spend about 5 minutes reading the differences (which are very minor).
