This. I know here at PDT we have had people with prior experience in both the ERJ and Dash come in. As far as I can see, they have all done the 100 cycles required despite their experience on either type. We have had a few new hires go back to upgrade training after SOE as a FO, but they will still do the required 100 cycles as captains after captain SOE.
