Of course in the end it comes down to the individual, but. . . hard not to think about this when you're researching regionals.

ALPA publishes all the new hire stats. Get a friend to send you a copy or
if you work at an ALPA carrier you can ask the National Resource Coordinator, or the DAL-MEC Membership Committee.
Around the campus, no preference for Endeavor other than the SSP.
