Critical is 150% and a minimum of 4 hours (so 6 hours of regular pay). If you pick up a trip that has any 1 day as critical on you day off the whole trip is critical. I'm not sure if other companies will pay an entire trip at critical or just the one day.

Right. At endeavor regular open time is 150% and everyday is a 4 hour min day with no carve outs. So PSA is offering our pilots for a few days what Endeavor pilots get everyday. Also endeavor pilots don't have to do extra paperwork to get their pay and they have a competent payroll department.
So you can pretend you're an endeavor pilot for a day. Well minus the additional 18k per year they get.
