I'm no expert, but an FDO may only be placed on the first day of a period of days off. And...
5-E-8-b "If the disruption was allowable without the conversion to VDO, the Pilot shall not receive such Add Pay for that day or days. "
IOW, you may not get jack shat for your VDO if they could work you into your FDO anyway. VDOs are best placed in front of your RSV days. Not on the end.
