G. Notifications Regarding Assignments
After Positive Contact, a Pilot is responsible for any assignment given by the Company, which will be posted within the scheduling system. This includes any Company assigned Duty including but not limited to, RAP, ADD, ROE, etc

I'm just bringing up a point. We can easily word this correctly; or plan on grieving it later! According to this small item; they can leave you a message at 3am, and now your duty time starts at noon the next day instead of 7am. just as an example of course. So does this make you a reserve? No. But its close!
