These are great proposed pay rates, but I doubt that will have any effect on our current negotiations as UPS doesn't fall within our so called "peer group."
I do believe Spirit pilots will be updating apps to yet another company and attrition will continue to rise as a result of the company's delay.
Hopefully another group such as Delta, Southwest, etc will chase these rates and then our ask will go up significantly. Time will tell.
